Support

Product questions, trust boundaries, and design-partner help.

Read installation guidance and release notes at kb.laviq.io ↗. This page remains the support path for product questions during evaluation.

Knowledge Base

Start with the evidence boundary.

Support should clarify what Laviq observed, what the backend derived, and what requires independent verification.

Open the Knowledge Base →

Do I need source code?

No. Laviq is designed to produce runtime evidence on Linux systems where source access is partial, unavailable, or insufficient for the question.

Is Laviq a static scanner?

No. The current product position is runtime cryptography observability focused on live behavior in Linux environments.

Does inventory prove complete absence?

No. Inventory is an observed asset map. Missing evidence must be interpreted with coverage and collection boundaries.
